A leader in business telephony, Avaya saw the writing on the wall when the iPhone launched and quickly started work on updating their best selling range to touch. They hired us to design the interface in collaboration with their information architect. David and I designed every pixel and delivered every asset for this and two subsequent, smaller devices. We helped optimize the user experience, pushing the antiquated operating system to achieve modern results with a focus on direct-object manipulation and a minimal aesthetic.
